CompuPoint provides secure and simple payment methods for online purchases and warehouse pickup orders. All payments must be completed before an order is shipped or prepared for pickup.
Online Payments
When shopping through our website, you may pay using:
- WooPayments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit)
- PayPal (PayPal balance or linked bank account)
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
To avoid delays, please ensure your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer.
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the ship‑to address. Tax‑exempt purchases are not accepted.
Bulk Buyer Payments (Wholesalers, Retailers, Corporate & Government Buyers)
Bulk buyers placing orders by email may use:
- Interac e‑Transfer (info@compupoint.ca)
- PayPal (sdohad@compupoint.ca)
- Certified Cheque payable to CompuPoint Inc.
Bulk orders are processed once payment is received. Email ordering is only available for large‑quantity business purchases.
Warehouse Pickup Payments
For all warehouse pickup orders, the only accepted payment method is Interac e‑Transfer.

Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: This is a warehouse pickup location, not a retail storefront. Walk‑in browsing is not available.
Important Notes
- All orders must be paid in full before shipment or pickup
- Warehouse pickup accepts e‑Transfer only
- Customer‑owned equipment is not accepted, serviced, or diagnosed
- No technical support or configuration services are provided
- Phone orders are not offered
- Email orders are only for bulk buyers
